The Arab Bank was granted the “Best Trade Finance Bank in the Middle East” award by EMEA Finance magazine, for the second year in a row.
The award was given based on a set of performance and organisational criteria, such as market share, growth, innovation, and strategy, according to Randa Al-Sadek, Deputy General Executive of the Arab Bank.
Al-Sadek added that the award reflects the high confidence and good reputation enjoyed by the bank on local, regional and global levels, and confirms the bank’s status relating to regional trade finance.
The Arab Bank’s 600 branches around the world allows it to provide banking solutions to local exporters and importers, and regional and international companies that require trade finance services, Al-Sadek said.
The Arab Bank is always keen on strengthening customer confidence, said Nadia Al-Talhouni, Senior Vice President and Director of Cash and Trade Finance Management at the Arab Bank.
Al-Talhouni added that she considers this honour as an incentive to make more efforts to continue providing the best banking products and competitive solutions to the Arab Bank’s customers through the specialised cadres in the bank’s worldwide branches.
This year, the Arab Bank has received numerous international awards, including Best Trade Finance Bank in the Middle East by Global Finance magazine for the second year in a row, and the Best Bank in Jordan award from Global Finance, Euromoney and The Banker Middle East magazines.
