Governors of the central banks and officials at the Arab monetary institutions are participating on Sunday in the 39th regular session of the Board of Arab Central Banks and Monetary institutions, held in Cairo and headed by Hesham Ramez, Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
It is expected that the Arab executive directors at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the World Bank (WB) are attending the event, in addition to the Union of Arab Banks, and the Union of Arab Securities Authorities
The Arab Monetary Fund has been undertaking the secretariat duties of the board since 1980.
