El-Wahab Group for Manufacturing & Assembling Cars has signed a cooperation protocol with Al-Manar for Manufacturing Car Fluids (AMCF), stipulating a barter of brake linings for engine oils.
AMCF Managing Director Ahmed Nawara said his company conducted an investment protocol with the International Company for Manufacturing and Assembling Cars El-Wahab Group. The agreement will make AMCF suppliers of engine oils in exchange for brake linings from El-Wahab Group.
Nawara said the cooperation between the two companies will indirectly increase their investments, where AMCF has halted engine oil production lines, which will begin operations again following the deal. Supplying the brake linings to AMCF will also increase El-Wahab’s productivity, helping it to re-operate its production lines that were halted due to low demand.
He added that the AMCF has a factory for producing engine oils, in addition to the company’s work in the fields of spare parts, engine oils, and brake linings trading and distribution.
Nawara said that El-Wahab CEO Ahmed Fekry Abd El-Wahab presented the idea to barter products to take full advantage of the suspended production lines at the two companies. Nawara welcomed the deal between the two companies, saying that using engine oils produced by El-Wahab Group is a gain, and emphasises great trust placed in AMCF’s products.
