The market of the European private cars in Egypt achieved sales amounting to EGP 5.1bn in the first eight months of this year, with a total of 25,500 sold cars, acquiring 19.6% of the private cars market.
Renault Logan was able to top the list, removing Škoda Octavia that topped it since the beginning of the year. Logan sold about 4,730 cars, worth EGP 435m.
Škoda Octavia sold about 4,298 cars, worth EGP 816m, taking second place.
Renault Fluence took third place from Opel Astra, which retreated to fifth place, following Renault Stepway that took fourth place. Fluence achieved EGP 282m in sales with 1,661 sold cars.
