At least 120 people are reportedly killed in a series of attacks by gunmen and bombers across the French capital of Paris on Friday.
The attacks targeted restaurants, a concert hall and a sports stadium where President Francois Hollande was attending a match. Holland was transported to safety following the attack.
Two hundred persons are reportedly injured, including 80 in critical condition, according to French media.
The French president announced a national state of emergency and closed the borders in order to prevent the attackers from escaping.
1,500 army soldiers were mobilised in Paris to reinforce security in the city. French police reported eight of the militants killed, seven of them by suicide bombs.
