President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and his wife Intsar Amer voted in the second round of the parliamentary elections, at their polling stations in the New Cairo constituency on Sunday.
Several state officials also voted in the parliamentary elections, including the Prime Minister, and the Ministers of Local Development, Social Solidarity, Immigration, and Agriculture.
In October, Al-Sisi gave a speech prior to the first round of the parliamentary elections and called people, and youth in particular, to participate in the elections.
The second round of parliamentary elections will last for two days, starting on Sunday and will end on Monday evening.
The parliamentary election mark the third and final step on the roadmap that was announced after the 30 June uprising, which also the included the presidential elections and the drafting of the Egyptian constitution.
Egypt has been without a parliament since June 2012, when a court dissolved the body. President Al-Sisi has held legislative power since taking office in 2014.
The last parliamentary elections held in Egypt came just months after the toppling of former president Hosni Mubarak, and witnessed a turnout of 62% in the first round.
