An improvised explosive decide was detonated Sunday behind a checkpoint on the Ring Road in Giza, according to the Interior Ministry’s media centre.
The ministry added, in its press statement, that explosives experts arrived at the location of the attack and investigated the incident.
No casualties were reported.
