5 female Egyptian squash players among top 10 players in international competition

The Professional Squash Association (PSA) published its monthly world ranking for international female squash players. Five Egyptian women players ranked among the top ten in international competition.

English player Laura Massaro topped the list acquiring 22,250 points, while Malaysia’s Nicol David came in second place acquiring 17,270 points.

Egypt’s Raneem El-Welily came in the third place with 17,205 points followed by France’s Camille Serme, who acquired 16,180 points.

Fifth and sixth place went to Egypt’s Nour El-Sherbini and Omneya Abdel Kawy with 14,600 points and 11,120 points, respectively.

The US’s Amanda Sobhy finished in seventh place with 10,310 points

Eighth and ninth place were awarded to Egypt’s Nouran Gohar, who acquired 9,455 points, and Nour El-Tayb, who acquired 8,080 points.

Tenth place went to England’s Alison Waters, who obtained 6,765 points.
