12 police conscripts killed in South Sinai road collision

The Ministry of Interior announced Wednesday that a collision between a minibus and a truck in South Sinai led to the death of 12 police conscripts.

It added, in a statement published on its official Facebook page, that the 12 conscripts who died in the collision were from Dahab Police Station. Four students, and two unidentified individuals also died in the crash.

The collision took place inside Abu-Radis -Tur highway, according to the statement.
