According to a source in the banking sector, Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) issued a decision to appoint Alsayed Al Qussair to the position of chairman of the Principal Bank for Development and Agricultural Development (PBDAC). Before his appointment, Al-Qussair was the chairman of the Industrial Development & Workers Bank of Egypt (IDBE). He succeeds Atteya Salem, the former chairman of PBDAC.
