ERA Commercial Egypt has launched SkillBuild/Benaa, a real estate education programme. SkillBuild/Benaa is ERA’s first corporate social responsibility programme and the first in the wider Egyptian real estate industry.

ERA Commercial Egypt, in collaboration with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, will conduct a training session for the SkillBuild/Benaa programme on 21 April, issuing accredited certificates to trainees.

SkillBuild/Bena aims to promote awareness and knowledge of the real estate industry, according to ERA Commercial Egypt’s organisational development and human resource director and the founder of the programme, Ashraf Diaa.

The programme will combine theoretical and practical knowledge to give trainees the necessary skills to enter the real estate market, in what the company describes as an opportunity for Egypt’s youth demographic.

The programme has been represented at a variety of Egyptian universities, including Cairo University, Misr International University, and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.

“The story begins with a dream of developing the youth community and bringing up a new generation of skilled young professionals prepared to start a career with experience. This dream was never going to be real without a commitment to succeed in bringing it to life,” said Diaa.

“ERA is interested in developing solutions for the community and committed to helping our community not only in finding the shelter of their dreams, but also developing their knowledge and earning opportunities by building their real estate experience and opening a new gate for a promising real estate career.”
