MSCI Emerging Market Index witnessed a slight decline of 1%, and closed at 828.84 points last week.
At the beginning of this week, the index started at 838 points, amid a contrasting performance.
The first trading session on Monday saw a slight rise of 0.5%, while the sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday recorded a decline of 1.39% and 1.5% respectively.
A relative improvement was witnessed in the last two sessions on Thursday, recording a rise of 0.95% and 0.22% respectively.
