International experts from Russia, Germany, Ireland, France, and the United States are expected to begin the inspection of the wreckage of the Russian passenger aeroplane.
The Russian and German delegations arrived in Egypt Monday, the Ministry of Civil Aviation stated, adding that the wreckage was safely transferred to Cairo International airport.
Each of these states was involved in the designing and manufacturing of the plane. Experts include a representative from Airbus Company, and they will assemble the pieces, so as to trace the starting point of the crash.
Crashing over the Sinai Peninsula shortly after taking off from Sharm El-Sheikh, the aeroplane was brought down by a bomb on board, as claimed by the Islamic State group. More than 200 passengers and crew members were killed.
