Sharm El-Sheikh airport to receive first Air Cairo flight from Germany

Minister of Civil Aviation Sherif Fathy said that Sharm El-Sheikh International airport is set to see its first Air Cairo low-cost charter flight on Sunday coming from Frankfurt, Germany, carrying 170 passengers.

Yasser El-Ramly, chairperson and chief executive of Air Cairo, said that the airline will run a weekly flight from Frankfurt to Sharm El-Sheikh, noting that the company already has eight regular weekly flights to Hurghada from different Germany cities, including Munich, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, and Hanover.
