SOUQ.com, the leading online shopping and e-commerce provider, launched two innovative selling programmes for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): “Fulfilled by SOUQ” and “SOUQ Selling Centre”.
SOUQ.com considers the programmes to be advanced solutions in supply chain management and aims to build a fully integrated e-commerce ecosystem in Egypt. Through these programmes, SOUQ.com will be able to help the seller manage their inventory to enable them to increase efficiency, boost sales, and grow their business without worrying about logistics.
The programmes will also provide sellers with the ability to sell their products across the Middle East and North African region through their widely spread and trusted online platform. The company claims that these new packages are also designed to align with SOUQ.com’s commitment to promote and support the Egyptian economy by giving sellers unmatched exposure to their products regionally and to open new markets for Egyptian goods.
General manager of SOUQ.com Egypt Omar Elsahy announced during the SOUQ Engage 2016 conference that the company is committed to opening new doors for Egyptian SMEs to reach new markets and be able to sell their products abroad, which will not only empower them but also support the collective Egyptian economy by integrating all parties into the Egyptian e-commerce ecosystem. “This integration will utilise SOUQ.com’s vast technology, knowledge, and expertise to assist Egyptian sellers and SMEs.”
The SOUQ Engage conference gathered more than 200 top online sellers. The one-day conference is the first of its kind and aimed to highlight SOUQ.com’s commitment to nourishing and foster e-commerce in Egypt and throughout the Middle East.
