President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi praised the development projects of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) during his two-day visit to the country, dubbing it an important model to all Arab countries.
Al-Sisi’s comments came during his meeting with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The two heads of state asserted the importance of building an Arab strategy to enhance stability and security in the region.
Al Nahyan stressed the importance of strategic relations in certain fields between the two countries.
According to the Egyptian presidency, Al-Sisi congratulated Al Nahyan on the 45th anniversary of the UAE.
The UAE has been one of the main political and financial supporters of Egypt after the ouster of former president Mohamed Morsi.
