How to benefit from e-learning initiatives?

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has opened the door for graduates of 2006 and onwards to join its e-learning initiatives, which has been launched to train and qualify Egyptian cadres on the latest technology in the fields of telecommunications, information technology, and electronics.

MCIT is leading the implementation of this initiative through the Technology Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). The initiative is set to provide a practical educational system based on high-quality partnership with prestigious universities and leading companies.

The initiative is also based on distinct platforms for e-learning and integrated by providing group studies and networks to provide evaluation and follow-ups. This results in the promotion of the value of knowledge and creativity and creates job opportunities for young graduates to prepare a generation of youth that is capable of employing the latest developments of information and communication technology in all sectors to achieve further development, productivity, and competitiveness.

The initiative provides training for students, graduates, entrepreneurs, and university staff. Trainees receive certificates accredited from distinct universities and technology companies, which promotes their chances of landing good jobs and developing their careers.

Moreover, the training provided by the initiative is done through specialised training platforms, such as Courser, EDX, and UDACITY. Applicants can apply through techleaders, which was allocated by MCIT to receive applications for training.

President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi launched the e-learning initiative to train Egyptian youth on the latest technology in the fields of telecommunications, information technology, and electronics.
