Tradeline Stores, the authorised Apple dealer in the Egyptian market, will replace the batteries on its iPhone 6S free of charge for devices which have been manufactured between September and October 2015.
This decision is based on a support document published on Apples official website: “Apple has determined that a very small number of iPhone 6s devices may unexpectedly shut down.”
Checking whether your iPhone 6S is eligible for the free repair requires a trip to a Tradelines maintenance center which is located in Sodic 6th of October city.
Ehab Medhat, head of the Sales & Marketing at Tradeline, said that Tradelines technical support staff are very well trained to handle this issue, and the replacement process only takes a few minutes without the need for a purchase invoice or warranty certificate.
