American CrossOver aims to hire 150 Egyptian software developers in 2017

Sinan Ata, general manager of CrossOver in Turkey, said that the company is working to hire the best Egyptian developers to prove the company’s confidence in the potential of the Egyptian market in terms of human resources that are considered highly efficient, according to Ata. He noted that Egyptians are not only famous for their ability to develop software, but also their ability to multitask, which makes the Egyptian market attractive in the field of technology and communications.

Ata added that the new efficient staff hired from Egypt will work with new technologies, such as the Docker/Amazon technology, in addition to other developed technologies that will put them ahead of major technical challenges. He pointed out that working with CrossOver does not require more than 40 hours of work per week, chosen at the times best suited for the workers, as they get to manage their own schedule the way they like.

According to Ata, the company aims to hire 150 developers to increase the number of workers in the company in Egypt from 50 to 200 developers.

CrossOver is working in 108 countries, including Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, and Pakistan. The American company considers the Egyptian market one of the most important promising markets to attract efficient staff.

CrossOver is a company specialised in reaching, testing, collecting, and managing specialised technical staff using remote communication technologies.
