Smart Village Real Estate Investment Company (SVREICO) announced the launch of the first integrated business complex in Smart Village, a business park home to multinational and local corporations in West Cairo, according to press statement on Sunday.
The statement said that the new Linx Business Park complex will be conveniently located in the heart of Smart Village, offering easy access from the 26th of July Axis, Ring Road, Sheikh Zayed, and 6th of October City, as well as the Sphinx International Airport (SPX).
The statement added that Linx Business Park aims to link together all necessary business facilities and an enjoyable environment into one space.
The park will offer small office spaces for startups, starting from 74sqm, as well as larger spaces up to 200sqm.
Chairperson of SVREICO Hesham Elfar said that the company’s priority is to offer high-end products for clients.
Elfar noted that the park’s retail spaces will provide employees with an option to unwind and grab a coffee or to meet with clients in a more relaxed environment. Furthermore, Smart Village brings together key industry players and commercial entities in one place, creating an opportune environment for any business to grow.
Office prices at Linx Business Park will start at EGP 1.6m, according to the statement.
