Memaar Al Morshedy Group participates in TREEX exhibition in Assiut governorate as the main sponsor and will offer 15 different projects within the exhibition.
TREEX will be held in Assiut from 23 to 27 November with participation of 20 real estate companies.
chairperson of Thika company, the organiser of TREEX 2017, Mohamed El Dahshory said that his company is negotiating with the exhibitors to make special offers during the period of the exhibition.
El Dahshory added that the company provides the mortgage finance service at the exhibition through the United Bank in accordance with the cooperation protocol signed by the company with the bank recently to finance the clients of the exhibition.
He pointed out that the company seeks to support investment in Upper Egypt, which includes significant investment opportunities in the real estate sector and needs to be promoted through a number of events within the company’s future plan.
From his part, Mohammed Tata, Director of Memaar Al Morshedy branch in Assiut governorate added that the company offers 15 different projects comprising about 70,000 housing units between the middle-income housing and youth housing projects during the events of the exhibition and offering discounts up to 12%.
Taha expected an increase in the volume of the company’s business during the coming period noting that the company seeks a strong presence in all governorates of the Egypt and the governorate of Assiut is one of the most important goverorates for the company.
He revealed that Memaar Al Morshedy plans to establish a residential city in Assiut.
“the company has a large land portfolio in of 6th of October city and will soon announce the opening of the booking for the youth housing project Degla Palms. In addition the company is developing projects in the areas of Maadi, Katamiyah, and Nasr city,” said Taha.
