Oscar Misr to launch mini compound in New Cairo with investments of EGP 40m

Oscar Misr will launch a new mini compound in New Cairo next month with investments of EGP 40m, Mohamed Beheiry, chairperson of Oscar Misr, told Daily News Egypt.

Beheiry said that the compound is being built on 1,500 sqm and includes 40 units between apartments and duplex villas, adding that construction will start early next year to be developed in two years.

Beheiry added that the company will hand over its first projects in Shorouk City within two months.

He noted that the company is developing two projects in Shorouk with investments of EGP 17m, which are separate buildings. One of them will be handed over within two months and is built on an area of 864 sqm. It includes 16 residential units with spaces ranging from 129 sqm to 187 sqm and also includes a number of villas with areas up to 261 sqm with price of EGP 4,500 per square metre.

“The second project in Shorouk is located on an area of 1,024 sqm, which includes units with areas ranging from 195 sqm to 361 sqm with an investment cost of EGP12m. The company plans to hand over the project in 2019. As well, the company developed two projects in Beit Al Watan, New Cairo,” Beheriy said.

He pointed out that the company is planning to develop projects in North Coast in 2018.
