Egyptian Experience to complete 300 tourism units in Luxor next year

Egyptian Experience company for tourism development is set to complete 300 tourism units in its project in Luxor, built on 50,000 sqm, next year.

Chairperson and Managing Director Mohamed Montasser said that the company is working on completing the 300 units, having completed 150 units of the project’s first phase.

Montasser told Daily News Egypt, on the sidelines of the Africa 2017 conference in Sharm El-Sheikh, that the total investments of the project amount to EGP 200m, which were secured internally by the company.

He noted that Egyptian Experience has a 45% British ownership, next to the 55% owned by Egyptian investors. He added that the group’s total investments amount to EGP 550m.

Montasser also said that the company is exporting furniture to a number of African markets, including Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast, through a factory that produces furniture for apartments and villas.

Egyptian Experience has an Egyptian-English partnership through offices in England and Egypt, specialising in the construction and development of apartments. It has a number of investment projects in the cities of Sharm El-Sheikh and Luxor, in addition to owning the furniture for apartments and villas factory.
