The Egyptian Federation of Volleyball, headed by Khaled Nassif Salim, decided to appoint an Italian manager to lead the national team in the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship.
The federation board will also choose between three coaches to start the preparation period of the volleyball team for the world championship, scheduled to be held in September in Italy and Bulgaria. The
Egyptian team qualified for the world tournament after reaching the final game of the 2017 African championship held in Cairo last October.
