Many smartphone users often suffer from the high cost of repairing phones at certified maintenance centres after the warranty period.
Due to the high cost of buying new smartphones, Samsung has lowered the prices of essential spare parts, such as screens and boards.
Samsung Egypt revealed the new prices for its smartphone spare parts, after a reduction of up to 35%, including spare parts for most models, including screens, motherboards, and glass back.
This came during the company’s new campaign for the maintenance of smartphones throughout Egypt for users whose phones were out of warranty.
The campaign includes the provision of spare parts for 28 models of smartphones at new prices down by 35%, which account for 80% of all Samsung models that are offered without warranty. The new pricing will apply across all Samsung service centres in Egypt.
The prices of phone screens range from EGP 950 to EGP 4,900, while motherboards sold at EGP 1,200 to EGP 5,000. Changing the glass back will now cost between EGP 435 and EGP 660.
