Concept Egypt for real estate has opened the booking for the third phase of Siela North Coast project, according to Chairperson Ehab Abou El Magd.
Abou El Magd expects to complete the phase marketing within a year.
The third phase of Siela North Coast project includes 250 units out of 600 units of total units of the project and is expected to be completed within a year.
The project is being built on 10 feddans, comprising about 600 units, along with commercial and entertainment activities. The first phase of the project has been completed and 90% of the second phase has been completed.
He explained that the project’s chalets’ sizes starts from 45 sqm up to 100 sqm, pointing out that all units are fully finished and built on a construction rate of 28% of the total area.
Moreover, he noted that the company is seeking to acquire new lands to expand in North Coast through either by buying plots of land, or in partnership with one of real estate developers, especially with the scarcity of land with legal safety in that area.
He added that his company is searching for lands in areas of New Cairo and 6th of October with sizes not less than five feddans.
“The company has marketed 10% of the total project for Arabs and foreigners,” added Abou El Magd.
