Euromoney Egypt Conference to kick off on 4 September

The Euromoney Egypt Conference will be held in 4 and 5 September in Cairo to discuss the theme of Resilience and Agility.

This year, the conference will feature new presentation sessions allowing delegates to learn from various experts on financing green energy projects, the direction of financial inclusion in Egypt, why blockchain is important to the region, and how to grow a successful start-up.

The Euromoney conference is a chance to hear the latest on Egypt`s economic strategies, to better understand the current opportunities and challenges and have the opportunity for investors to network with those in Egypt’s finance, investment and business worlds.

Euromoney announced that Sahar Nasr, minister of investment and international cooperation will be among the speakers on the first day of the conference.

Meanwhile, Lina Hediah, executive director of MENA at ConsenSys will give a keynote address at the event to share her insight into blockchain, distributed ledger technology, and the role they play in transforming the financial sector as we know it, followed by a keynote interview with Basil El Baz, chief executive officer at Carbon Holdings.
