IPS exhibition to kick off in its first debut in Egypt next month

The first edition of International Property Show (IPS Dubai) will be held in Egypt for the first time on 10-13 October, according to Walid Farghal, director general of the IPS.

Farghal said that the IPS will be held on an area of 22,000 sqm with participations of Saudi and Emarati real estate developers.

Moreover, he revealed that the company completed the initial preparations of the exhibition.

Meanwhile, the exhibition includes 35 exhibitors, whereby Egyptian companies will constitute 80%, besides, representatives from the UAE real estate companies, whom are targeting to launch business in Egypt in the coming period, he further noted.

“The IPS will include real estate marketing companies from Europe and America headed by Bulgaria, Sweden, Germany, Greece, and Cyprus, in order to attract 20,000 visitors to the exhibition,” Farghal pointed out.

For his part, Mahmoud Abdel Halim chairperson of MREC Integrated Real Estate Services said that exhibitors are covering several areas and new cities, such as the New Administrative Capital, which has the largest part of the exhibition’s projects, besides, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, North Coast, and Ain Sokhna.

During the exhibition, the UAE and Saudi real estate developers and Egyptian ones will sign cooperation protocols to maximise the means of real estate cooperation between them, according to Abdel Halim.
