Emaar, Misr El-Kheir sign protocol to develop ‘Boyout El Kheir’ project

Emaar Misr and Misr El-Kheir Foundation signed Thursday a cooperation protocol to launch the first phase of “Boyout El Kheir” (Homes of Generosity) project to improve the living conditions of thousands of eligible poor families in the villages and governorates of Egypt.

The cooperation is under the supervision of Ministry of Solidarity and the first phase includes developing 1000 units and providing 500 projects for low-income families.

The first phase includes governorates of Behira, Aswan, and Matrouh and the project will be completed before the end of this year.

Moreover, the protocol stated that for every unit sold by Emaar one unit to be given to poor people will be developed in return.

For his part, Ali Gomaa, Misr El-Kheir chairperson said that the project targets the most people in need to provide them with safe and human homes.
