The Greek embassy in Egypt will host six companies participating in the CBIPF 2018 Citizenship by Investment Property Fair Cairo, which will take place on from 21-22 September, according to, the Minister Plenipotentiary for Economic and Commercial Affairs Athanassios Makrandreou at the embassy.
Greek National Pavilion and the participation of the six Greek companies are organised by Enterprise Greece Invest & Trade, which is the official Investment and Trade Promotion Agency of Greece, under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Development that promotes export trade and facilitates private investment.
The opening hours of the fair will be between 15:00 pm and 22:00 pm on Friday, 21 September, and from 10:00 am till 22:00 pm on Saturday, 22 September, elaborated Makrandreou.
The six participating companies are Golden Home Real Estate, Grekodom, MBG Consulting services, Leptos Estates Greece, RE/MAX New Deal and V² Development.
Golden Home Real Estate was established in 2011 with the purpose of modernising the real estate market in Greece and Grekodom Development Company is a part of Mouzenidis Group, as well as being one of the leading real estate companies in Greece, dealing with sale, purchase, rental, and construction of real estate in Greece and Cyprus.
MBG Consulting services relies on the expertise and experience of its employees and its broad global network of associates, while it aims at providing high quality services to businesses and professionals. The main areas of expertise are residence permits and citizenships, comprehensive and innovative consulting services for all business types, financial, accounting, and tax services.
Leptos Estates Greece is a member of the Leptos Group, operating in Greece since 1987 and for more than 60 years in Cyprus, with major investments in property development, hospitality, education and health care.
RE/MAX New Deal is one of the leading real estate companies in Greece, specialising in both property transactions and property management. A large portion of the company’s clients are non-EU citizens who are interested in buying property in Greece to acquire the residency permit.
Meanwhile, V² Development was founded in 1962. The company’s precursor was Ergon S.A. Enterprise Greece is the official agency of the Greek State, which is responsible for promoting investments in Greece, exports from Greece, and make Greece more attractive as an international business partner, said the embassy.
The agency’s mandate is to assist foreign investors and enterprises to do business with Greece, to contribute to the outward looking orientation of the Greek economy, to attract foreign investment, to troubleshoot issues related to public administration, and to provide key investment and business information.
Enterprise Greece promotes the entire gamut of investment sectors in which Greece excels. Within the above mentioned framework of activities, Enterprise Greece also promotes the Greek Golden Visa Programme, which provides residence permit to non EU/EEA citizens who purchase real estate in Greece or engage in investment activity in the country, a program which is one of the most competitive in Europe.
