As part of its vision to contribute to the development of the smartphone market equipped with the modern artificial intelligence techniques, KMG is set to launch its new strategy within the Egyptian market, aiming to meet the needs of users, bridging the gap of smartphones with high specifications and competitive prices and developing the after-sales service, according to a senior company official.

Karim Ghoneim, the chairperson of KMG, announced that the company is ready to launch new brands of smartphones in the Egyptian market soon; pointing out that the company has succeeded since its launch in achieving great success stories either with Infinix phones, ranked third in the Egyptian market, or Meizu company, which has achieved noticeable growing growth rates here.

On the KMG strategy to enhance the presence of new players in the mobile market, Ghoneim pointed out that the strategy depends on several axes; the first and most important of which is the provision of after-sales and maintenance services nationwide so as to be closer to the company’s customers.

“The second axis is to select the target group of the smartphones, namely young people, in particular, and to study their requirements and meet their needs; hence a special team of employees, which serves as a link between the users and our mobile phone companies through interaction or through the launch of a group or a forum on the global social networks, has been formed,” he added.

The third axis is the expansion of sale and distribution outlets at the level of all provinces, as well as the signing of cooperation agreements for exhibition at major commercial centres to serve a large number of users; and as a result three new service centres in the governorates of Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria have been recently opened.
