Elite Real Estate Consultancy has opened a new branch in Mansoura City, Dakahlia governorate, according to CEO Walaa Eltabakh.
Eltabakh said that the company seeks to contract with several companies operating in Delta governorates to market their projects.
The company expects to achieve sales of EGP 100m until January from the new branch, he told Daily News Egypt.
Elite is conducting a study on customers, their needs, and development companies operating in cities near Delta governorates and New Mansoura, the CEO elaborated.
The New Mansoura City succeeded in attracting the attention of numerous customers, ranging from customers from the Delta region to those who want to purchase for investment purposes from the rest of the governorates, especially Greater Cairo, he noted.
Additionally, the company received assorted queries from customers about the economic feasibility of obtaining a unit in the Delta, Eltabakh pointed out.
“Offering units from the New Mansoura project by City Edge, and the great interest by the Ministry of Housing in the city, supports sale opportunities in that area, and render it an attractive market for real estate marketing companies, which have already begun to come to the region, and the coming period is expected to witness more marketers opening branches,” Elite’s CEO remarked.
Elite’s marketing portfolio includes over 60 projects, with various activities for major developers in the market, and it plans to join new projects, he specified.
Eltabakh also revealed that the company aims to achieve EGP 1.2bn in sales during the current year, and focus on east Cairo’s projects in the New Administrative Capital, as well as New Cairo along with the coastal areas, including the North Coast, and Ain Sokhna.
The project sales activity in the new cities implemented by the Ministry of Housing is expected to be supported by the state, such as the Administrative Capital, New El Alamein, and New Damietta, which represents an opportunity for investors.
