Raya Leasing Company, a subsidiary of Raya Holdings, announced it has executed several projects in field of smart buildings.
Raya’s Galleria40 announced a new investment in the restaurant and café sector, through the opening of the Zaitouna Food Hall, with investments worth EGP 20m, aiming to create an integrated entertainment climate.
In Galleria40, Raya has succeeded in providing the needs of large companies and institutions from training halls, meetings, and a major conference halls, through Edge Innovation Centre, which is only 20 minutes away from central Cairo.
The Galleria40 administrative building is one of the most prominent technological buildings in Egypt, established on an area of 20,929 sqm in Sheikh Zayed city. The company also has the Smart View building in Smart Village with a collective investment of EGP 1.5bn.
