The UAE hosted the FIFA Club World Cup for the fourth time after hosting the 2009, 2010, and 2017 editions.

The 2018 World Club Championship was held at two stadiums, the Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi and the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain City.

The tournament was attended by 111,979 fans, including 13,997 fans in each match, amid great turnout and great organisation, and the presence of the world’s top sporting figures, headed by Swiss Gianni Infantino, president of the International Federation of Football (FIFA).

The UAE combines contemporary and traditional elegance into a unique fusion of modernity and ancient times, yet an exciting mix attracting many international stars, and has been the hub of several recent major continental tournaments.
