TSM inaugurates West Square in Beverly Hills project with investments exceeding EGP 300m

TSM Mall Management has inaugurated its new project West Square in the Beverly Hills project, the large mixed-use living community in Sheikh Zayed, owned by SODIC.

The company handles the project’s marketing and management exclusively for the investment group, owner and developer of the project.

Mohamed Galal president and CEO of TSM Mall Management said that the project includes a 15,000 sqm clinic, administrative offices, shops and restaurants with an investment cost of EGP 300m, and was marketed with the system of sale and rent.

Galal pointed out that Carrefour supermarket was opened last week within the project on an area of 1,000 sqm.

He noted that the project provides integrated services to the its residents and surrounding areas, and it includes a set of international and local brands to ensure diversity and provide marketing and entertainment services.

“TSM provides comprehensive services to investors and real estate developers, starting with studies on the optimal use of assets and land, specialised engineering designs, marketing studies and feasibility studies for the establishment and construction of recreational and commercial projects, strategic leasing before development and follow-up of construction and comprehensive management of real estate portfolios for investors,” Galal elaborated. “TSM has managed several outstanding projects since its inception in 2009, starting with Designopolis in Sheikh Zayed, Tiba Outlet Mall, Dolphin Mall in Sixth of October City, Katameya Downtown Mall, Concorde Plaza Mall, Al Guezira Plaza in Sheikh Zayed, and the development and management of Arkadia Mall.”

Galal pointed out that the company expanded in main governorates during 2013 and opened the Mansoura Downtown Mall in Mansoura and Assiut City Centre in New Assiut city.

He added that the company opened four international branches in the cities of Erbil in Kurdistan, Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi in the UAE and Paris in France, and the number of employees reached 320.
