Cairo Festival City (CFC), one of Al-Futtaim Group’s real estate projects, exhibited Oriana IV, an extension of Oriana villas, during the Cityscape exhibition.
The Oriana IV offers townhouses and twin-houses, according to the Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Real Estate Co, Ashraf Ezz El-Din.
Cityscape exhibition is being held at Egypt’s International Exhibition Center in New Cairo from 27 to 30 March.
Ezz El-Din noted that the company is launching units of its Oriana project, fracturing an array of design choices, such as twin-houses, stand-alone villas, and palatial villas.
The city’s management team works 24/7 to handle day-to-day issues through a customer service centre to ensure the safety and security of the neighbourhood and its residents.
Moreover, he explained that the company is also showcasing Aura Apartments, located in CFC’s newest residential project, which provides safety and privacy for its residents, and offers fully finished apartments.
As for the Podium, it is an ideal campus for business ventures piloted by the new generation of entrepreneurs.
“We are participating this year in Cityscape Egypt with our latest three projects: Oriana IV, Aura Apartments, and the Podium offices in a bid to reflect our vision of an inclusive real estate community, which we seek to develop in line with the needs of the Egyptian market. This spurs us to inject more investments on the back of the great efforts exerted by the government to improve the economic situation,” Ezz El-Din noted.
Noteworthy, the CFC project is located in the heart of New Cairo, covering an area of 3m sqm (780 feddan).
