Likhachev explained that the participants in the forum will discuss the new technologies that will shape the future of this planet. The forum will last until Tuesday.
Industry leaders, government officials, and experts from around the world will discuss the state of the nuclear industry, as well as directions for further development.
This year’s forum is held under the ‘Nuclear for Better Life’ motto. The two-day business programme includes public discussions and panel discussions, meetings, presentations, a showcase of nuclear energy, and its uses and a number of other activities.
The exhibition offers a wide range of applications of nuclear technology on an area of more than 13,000 sqm.
