The Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) provides very promising investment opportunities that could attract several Arab and foreign investors periodically, Chairperson of SCZone, Mohab Mamish, said.
It comes during an Iftar held by Clarkson Shipping Agency Egypt (Clarksons Platou) this week.
“Besides the development of the Suez Canal axis and issuing the global investment map, the government pays particular attention to partnership with various international bodies to develop the Suez Canal. SCZone now houses 167 projects,” Mamish added.
He noted that there is also an increase in vessel transit rates in the Suez Canal, which open its arteries to all investors from all over the world.
