Capital for Construction and Real Estate (CCR), an Egyptian real estate developer since 1988, has announced the launch of Frontegate Mall on 4,000 sqm in the MU23 district in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) next to the Olympic village.
The company said on Tuesday that the mall will operate with the most sophisticated technology as well as include commercial units with small spaces starting from 45 sqm and clinics with 65 sqm with different and various payment plans without down-payments and six-year installment periods.
Furthermore, CCR was keen on providing distinctive designs, and it gave all units of the mall direct destinations to the entrance of the NAC and on the MU23 axis between the R2 and R3 residential areas, villas, and neighbourhoods, which will comprise approximately 55,000 housing units.
