Saudi Arabia, Egypt to launch business council of organic agriculture

Saudi businessperson Faten Ebrash revealed that Saudi Arabia and Egypt will launch a business council to support organic agriculture soon.

“Food and health security have become a priority for the political leaderships in Egypt and the Saudi kingdom,” Ebrash told Daily News Egypt.

It came during the first annual conference held by the Salman-Zayd Center For Middle Eastern Studies in Cairo, entitled “Vision 2030 between Reality and Hope”.

The conference discussed a number of important axes of Vision 2030 adopted by Egypt and Saudi Arabia in terms of political, economic, security issues, as well as green economy, sustainable development, real estate, banking sectors, regional and international challenges and their impact on the path of sustainable development, artificial intelligence and education, as well as the role of media and the formation of mental image, and awareness-raising and countering extremism.
