ALDAU for real estate development, a member of Sami Saad Holding specialised in real estate, tourism, and development projects, launched the first phase of its project ‘Cairo West Residence’ on 11 feddan of land in proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).
ALDAU has invested EGP 3bn in this project with a vision based on diversity. This is reflected in the mixed-use units, blending the purposes and concepts of residential apartments and hotel amenities, according to Senior Operations and Commercial Director at ALDAU’s Real Estate Division, Mohamed Salem.
Salem said that the project will provide a comprehensive security system and management office for handling the project’s assets, which will be working round-the-clock to cater for all the needs and demands of the residents. Additionally, the project provides entertainment areas, swimming pools, and green open spaces. He also pointed out that owners will have access to hotel services in their residencies provided by the Puro Urbano international hotel chain.
Furthermore, Salem stressed the company’s keenness to target lands in sophisticated and promising areas to address the needs of the growing base of intended buyers in Egypt, as well as abroad, who are looking to invest in real estate projects in Egypt.
Cairo West Residence serves the objectives of ALDAU’s Real Estate Division aiming to support and enhance the export of the Egyptian real estate product, Salem noted.
Accordingly, ALDAU picked the strategic location of the project in proximity to prominent destinations in Giza such as the GEM, which the governorate plans for it to become a remarkable attraction, in addition to the project’s vicinity to the Sphinx International airport, which adds to the attractiveness of this area to tourists, he elaborated.
