Prime Holding announced, on Wednesday, the appointment of Nagla Oufa as deputy CEO for strategic planning and project management.
Ouf has more than 25 years of experience in bank management, especially in strategic planning. She will be joining Prime Holding after 10 years in Bank du Caire, where she held several positions, including general manager for branch restructure, sales support general manager, and head of the investment unit.
Prime Holding Vice chairperson and CEO Khaled Rashed said that Ouf’s appointment would be a great addition to the firm, in line with Prime’s expansion plans, focusing on investment banking, active investment, and the non-banking financial sector.
