Orascom Investment Holding (OIH) has announced the appointment of Hisham Siblini as Chief Operating Officer for its subsidiary Orascom Telecom Lebanon and its managed operation in Lebanon’s Mobile Interim Company 1 (Alfa).
Siblini will head a newly created Operations Department, grouping all Commercial, Technology and Customer Service activities, created through a restructuring process aimed at improving Alfa’s operational performance and streamlining its internal activities to offer best-in class services while optimizing operational expenses.
Hisham Siblini brings to Alfa a long experience of more than twenty years in the telecommunications industry. He previously served as Vice President of Technology of Orange in Egypt after having worked as Chief Technology Officer of Ooredoo in Kuwait and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Orascom Telecom in Tunisia.
