Under the slogan “Together towards Future Technology”, the first session of Tech Fuze forum launched highlighting Egypt as a leading technology portal in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region, under the auspices of the Ministry of Military Production.
A large number of the most prominent personalities in the field participated in the forum, led by Head of Information Technology Sector at Etisalat Misr Amr Fathy and CEO of EFG Hermes Finance Walid Hassouna.
“The forum is the first platform in Egypt that brings together experts and leaders of the technology industry under one roof in order to exchange experiences safely, which helps to structure a sustainable technological environment in Egypt,” said Sama Mourad, CEO of Inspira Expo.
It is worth noting that Tech Fuze’s primary goal is to solve the problem of marketing technology solutions and finding the best cadres and appropriate methods.
She added, “The Tech Fuze forum includes a platform for experts who are visiting Egypt for the first time, in addition to a special platform for women in the field of engineering.”
The forum includes many workshops in more than 12 main areas that are discussed over two days such as artificial intelligence, internet of things, cloud computing, financial technology, the fourth industrial revolution, and digital transformation.
It also offers workshops for software design, cloud computing, game design, and augmented reality.
The forum includes more than 100 global and local companies in the field of technology such as Etisalat Misr, Vodafone Egypt, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Commercial International Bank, Schneider Electric, Giza Systems, Nokia, and Fawry, in addition to a total attendance estimate of more than 10,000 technology sector experts, decision-makers, and sector leaders in cooperation with government agencies.
The forum takes place 13-14 December at the Nile-Ritz Carlton.
