Beta Egypt for Urban Development has signed a cooperation protocol with Schneider Electric to provide various smart home services at Beta Greens New Cairo compound in Mostakbal City.
Chairperson of Beta Egypt Alaa Fekri pointed out that Schneider Electric will provide smart home services for the residential units whose owners request to convert their places into smart homes.
He explained that these services are related to smart control systems, including motion sensor light, smart air conditioner, fire and emergency alarms, smart security systems, surveillance cameras, Wi-Fi control, and solar energy control systems.
Beta Greens New Cairo is being built on 25 feddan and includes 730 housing units with a total investment of EGP 1.7bn. Beta Egypt intends to complete the implementation and begin the project’s delivery by the end of 2022.
