Housing & Development of Real Estate Investment Company (HDRIC) signed a contract with DPM Company, the partner of MenaPay in Egypt and MENA region, to launch a digital real estate platform to facilitate finding suitable properties for customers.
Hyeonuk Park, co-founder & overseas project manager at DPM, said: “We are excited to contract with HDRIC and I can confidently say that this kind of collaboration will be positively reflected on attracting more foreign investments, especially Korean.”
“This platform came in line with the digital transformation that Egypt will witness over the next years, and will facilitate the entry into the Egyptian real estate market through the modern technology that South Korea provide,” he added.
Susan Ibrahim Al-Shorbaji, vice chairperson of HDRIC, said the company undertakes all types of investment in relation to real estate field and teams up with promising foreign entities.
Kim Dae Sub, CEO of MenaPay, said he is optimistic about the future of MenaPay and DPM in Egypt and the Middle East, and referred to the New Silk Road which aims to integrate the MENA region and boost its potentials in many areas such as energy, information technology, and logistics.
