The Board of Directors of New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has agreed to keep the rates of lands for industrial projects unchanged until 30 June 2020.
In case of installment, extra charges will be added according to Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) interest rates at the time of payment, in addition to 2%, according to an approval of the Egyptian cabinet and Ministry of Finance. The meeting was chaired by Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar.
El Gazzar said that NUCA’s Board of Directors also agreed to allocate 11 plots of land in New Cairo City, with a total area of 46 feddan for services, commercial, and administrative activities.
Moreover, the board agreed to allocate eight plots of land in Tenth of Ramadan City with a total area of 13 feddan for industrial, educational, and administrative activities.
Accordingly, the Minister pointed out that the NUCA’s board agreed to allocate six plots of land in Shorouk city, with a total area of 2.5-feddan for several projects.
