Tanmeyah Micro Enterprise Services has announced an assistance plan for its regularly paying customers and those affected by the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
Amro Abouesh, Chairperson and CEO of Tanmeyah, said the company is offering a package of facilities to its regular payment customers. He added that those who are late in paying the March installment can also make use of the package.
“Among these facilities is the possibility to submit a request to decrease the installment value for March and April by 50% – which was previously approved by the Financial Regulatory Authority, in addition to, reduce monthly installment of May,” Abouesh said.
He added that the company can provide a 50% discount on the value of installments for March, April and May of the current year. The value of the remaining installments will be posted to the end of the term of installments.
Abouesh said that Tanmeyah is also offering customers the option to extend the loan period.
