Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi has ordered the government to expand in land reclamation and strategic crop cultivation, as well as increase urban development projects.
It came during a Thursday meeting between the president, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, and Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation ElSayed ElKosayer.
The General Director of the National Service Projects Organization and the Chairperson of the National Company for Protected Agriculture also attended the meeting.
The meeting also reviewed the progress of several projects being carried out by the ministry of agriculture in the field of land reclamation.
