HPE Aruba, a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard (HP) which specialises in developing wired and wireless network solutions, has revealed its latest integrated technology solutions that support digital classrooms.
The new technology aims to help Egypt’s education system, including institutions, universities, and schools, maximise the benefits of digitised distance education services for their students.
Online learning has gained increased importance in the development of a comprehensive education system that is also more flexible and responsive to future needs.
Ahmed Fathi, Director of HPE Aruba Egypt, said that most of the challenges facing education sector workers are similar to those facing commercial sector customers. This includes how to encourage students to resume education in physical locations, whilst taking into account social distancing.
Fathi added that HPE Aruba’s integrated wireless solutions allow education institutions on campus the ability to stay in constant contact in a secure setting.
The company’s smart technology solutions provide services for several thousand users at the same time and in the same place. The solutions are also distinguished by their ability to integrate within the infrastructure available, whilst also providing a rich and reliable experience developing education.
Fathi explained that the role of technology is not limited to engaging students and improving learning outcomes, but also helps in providing them with the skills they need for the future.
He noted that HPE Aruba is working with educational institutions in Egypt to share new perceptions and trends that arise. This will help modernise experiences by helping these institutions reshape their perceptions of the future of education and develop their plans for the post-coronavirus pandemic.
This will also meet their most urgent needs whilst directing their efforts to several key areas, including tracking physical spacing, tracking contacts, thermal cameras and video analysers for thermal detection, among other services.
